Shipping policy

Currently, purchases made on surrina.com can only be shipped to the United States.

Your orders will be shipped out promptly after we receive them, usually within 24 hours. All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS ground, unless you choose an expedited shipping method during checkout.

We will notify you via the email address that you provide when we receive your order, and we will send you another email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can truck your package at any time.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
