Refund policy

We hope SURRINA tights are perfect for you. We are a small company and in order to offer our products at the most affordable price possible, we operate with very small margines. For this reason, all sales are final.

To ensure satisfaction, we strongly recommend purchasing a single item first to assess sizing, fit and color before placing a larger order. If you need guidance before buying, please reach out to us- we are here to help you make the right choice. 

However, if for any reason you are not satisfy, SURRINA will accept one time return on unworn, unopened merchandise within 15 days of shipment, in the complete original packaging. SURRINA will not accept returns of merchandise that has been worn or modified in any way. Shipping charges are non-refundable, regardless of whether they were paid by the costumer or covered by us.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds will be processed, less any applicable fees, in 1-2 weeks of the return arriving to SURRINA.

SURRINA does not offer exchanges!

Packages that are refused by the recipient or are undeliverable for any reason will be treated as a return when received by SURRINA, and the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping and restocking fees.
